Business Purpose is to perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.

Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included) . . . Mileage fee per mile, after first 15 miles
ACT 2: $35
Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing
ACT 3: $30
Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages. . . Printing additional pages, per page $0.25
ACT 4: $50
Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign.
ACT 5: $35
Cancellation Fee applied with 1-hours or less notice.

Apostille First document. . . Each additional document $100
